Scott E. Borg is a 1981 graduate of Harvard Law School. He is a Utah native and went to the University of Utah, graduating in 1973. He then attended graduate school studying history from 1973 to 1977. He is admitted to practice law in New Mexico and the Navajo Nation, as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He also was admitted to practice before the U.S. Claim Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He argued the case of Pueblo of Santa Ana v. Mountain States Telephone & Telegraph, an Indian law case involving land rights, before the Supreme Court. Upon graduating, Mr. Borg practiced Indian law, representing tribes, and that practice evolved into representing Native American individuals and families, mostly Navajo and Pueblo, as plaintiffs in medical negligence and tort cases. Many of Mr. Borg’s cases involve claims and suits against the federal government under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Mr. Borg has litigated cases in New Mexico and Arizona, as well as in the courts of the Navajo Nation.  Mr. Borg is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.

Nathan S. Anderson is admitted to practice in New Mexico, Arizona and the Navajo Nation. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and received his law degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in 2010. He has represented injured Navajo individuals and families his entire career. He is an experienced trial attorney and member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. His practice is focused on wrongful death cases, motor vehicle collisions, nursing home cases, slip and falls, insurance bad faith and other serious injury cases. Mr. Anderson has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys skiing, hiking and the outdoors.

Forrest G. Buffington is a 1978 graduate of Baylor Law School, and has been engaged in the practice of law since 1979.  He is admitted to practice in the courts of Arizona, the Navajo Nation, New Mexico, Hopi, Zuni, Colorado, and Utah.  He is the former elected district attorney for McKinley County, New Mexico, and has been continually engaged in personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs since 1999.  Mr. Buffington is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. He is a long-time resident of the Four Corners area.
